Rositsa Savova graduated in special pedagogy and speech therapy at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in 2006. Her professional experience began in 2007 in a social service for people with autism and is currently the coordinator of programs for youth and adults in it. Along with that, she was working as an autism consultant in an IT company. In 2012, she became a consultant and trainer at the Bulgarian Association for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (BALIZ), where she developed the topic of Supported Decision Making (SDM). She participates in the creation of new tools and practices for effective access to justice. She has experience in support for people with communication difficulties in court proceedings. She is studying to become a communication intermediary.
